Holiday home with mountain views, located between the Majada Redonda volcanic caldera and Los Escullos beach, which can be seen from the house. It features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private garden with an outdoor shower. There is parking at the door, always available for temporary use to ensure good relations with the neighbors. The rooms have air conditioning, and those without it offer a ceiling fan for added comfort. Enjoy a fireplace, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature. Help us maintain the essence of the house. This home was designed following bioclimatic principles to make the most of shade, ventilation, and natural insulation. During the hottest hours, keeping the windows closed and the canopies extended helps maintain a cool and comfortable atmosphere for most of the day. If you are going to be out for several hours, we kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioning. When you return, the house quickly returns to a pleasant temperature. Thank you for supporting more sustainable tourism and respecting this special area of Cabo de Gata.
